This July treat yourself to an unforgettable adventure within! Join us on the beautiful coast of magical Bali! Acclaimed yoga teachers and long-time friends Sarita and Gracy will transform your yoga and meditation practice and immerse you in the ancient and mystical culture of Bali. Spend a week delving into your own well-being surrounded by views of the sea, cabinas hidden in lush vegetation, and wonderful like-minded people.
We’ll start the days at the Gaia Oasis in the open-air yoga studio with views of green valleys. After a sweaty vinyasa practice, you can cool down with a swim in the saltwater pool before eating a delicious breakfast buffet of local foods and local coffee. As the sun sets, we’ll return to the studio for deeply healing restorative yoga and meditation before sharing a dinner of local foods. Each day there will be opportunities for excursions like trips to colorful Hindu temples and a boat ride to see dolphins playing out at sea. If you prefer to stay back, you can experience a traditional Balinese massage or read a book on the balcony while listening to the noises of the surrounding jungle.
Balinese culture is known for it’s attention to balance, beauty, and devotion and thus it has become a mecca for personal transformation. During our retreat, we’ll guide you in how to find also find those qualities within yourself to live with greater intention and personal power. After seven days with us in Bali, you’ll come back to your day-to-day life with a new sense of who you are and so many unforgettable memories.

Private Lessons with Sarita Dance & Yoga
Yoga has traditionally been taught one-on-one allowing the teacher to address the individual's needs and modify the practices for each student.
Sarita encourages the students to set goals and intentions, and to observe their habitual patterns. Students will be given a specific set of body, breathing and meditation exercises that they can use to bring about the positive change they are seeking.
Some students use privates to challenge their bodies and deepen their practice, while other students may never have done yoga before and are turning to it for the first time as a healing modality.
